St Mary Street
The north end
of St Mary Street
has two round houses which face onto the
Esplanade. Number
109 is called Statue House due to its proximity to the
King's Statue. It is
nowadays a Tapas Bar¹ where you can enjoy views of
Weymouth Bay while you eat. The
building rounded off Johnstone Row upon the Esplanade when it was built in
1815. ²
