Marine sector

Osprey Quay
It forms the gateway to the Isle of Portland. The waterfront site was named after HMS Osprey, the Royal Naval Station Portland as well as the proximity to Portland Harbour and the nearby World Heritage designated coastline.

Portland Port has the second largest man made harbour in the world, situated 22 miles north of the westerly shipping lanes and on the main maritime trade routes allowing fast, safe access 24 hours a day.
