A beautiful,
picturesque and serenely quiet village upon the Ridgeway and is situated
near many ancient sites. It lays in the Bride Valley and is just below
the Valley of Stones. Long Bredy lays to the west, Hardy's Monument to
the east and Portesham to the south.
